Here is a collection of some of the questions we are frequently asked.
Libertad Immigration Services LLC is not a bail bond company. We help secure immigration bonds through Libre Immigration Services, Inc. who indemnifies the bonds. Libre Immigration Services, Inc. has contracts with the bail bond companies that actually post the immigration bond. This way, you do not need to offer property as collateral to secure your immigration bond.
Libertad Immigration Services LLC and Libre Immigration Services, Inc. does not discriminate against our program participants for any reason. We believe that relationships and support in the community are extremely important to the program participants’ chances of successfully managing their cases. For that reason, we would rather work with family and friends close to the person who is being detained than a person who is only helping because they have papers. Libertad Immigration Services LLC and Libre Immigration Services, Inc. will always keep you and your loved ones’ residency status and personal information confidential.
The process is relatively simple and it does not take long to complete. When you call and speak to a Libertad Immigration Services LLC case manager, they will collect the necessary information. We can typically have your loved one out of the detention center by the next day, and in emergency situations, we are sometimes able to get your loved one released on the same day you call.
We do not benefit from a program participant not understanding what they are committing to. We work with participants to ensure that they fully understand the contract. All of our contracts are translated into Spanish and are explained in-depth.
If a participant needs a contract in any other language, they are able to request a copy of the contract in the language of their choice. We take pride in the high rate of satisfaction among the thousands of program participants we have been able to serve.
Libertad Immigration Services LLC, along with Libre Immigration Services, Inc., are national organizations providing services to clients regardless of location.
Our focus is to get your loved one out of ICE custody, therefore, we provide help every step of the way. At Libertad Immigration Services LLC, we do not require you to have credit or collateral to qualify for our services. We understand that many families do not own any real estate property within the United States. Because of this, we do not require real estate ownership for our program participants to qualify for our services.
We are up front and transparent about the costs of our services. There are several types of charges and fees for participation in the program including Set Up Fees, Monthly Program Fees, Maintenance Fees, and Program Non-Compliance Fees. These are explained in detail in the contract that we give and explain to every program participant. The costs will vary based on several factors, including the bond amount.
Libertad Immigration Services LLC complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and approaches each participant’s situation on a case-by-case basis. We work with our clients to the best of our ability to resolve situations without any government interference. We have taken action to defend the privacy interests of our clients. However, participants have agreed that they do not have a privacy interest in the information they provide to Libertad Immigration Services LLC, and Libre Immigration Services, Inc. Libertad Immigration Services LLC, and Libre Immigration Services, Inc. may have to disclose records in accordance with applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
